Victory in 8 Weeks

Sound impossible, well it's not. Winning a battle with weight can be done in 8 weeks.

I have never met anyone who was at anytime in the military that does not agree on one thing. They all say that the day they left basic training, they were in the best shape of their life. How long is basic training? Yes, 8 weeks. In basic training, a persons body is completely changed. With millions who have experienced it, there is no doubt that it is the most effective weight loss program on earth. What is so great about basic training when it comes to weight loss.

There is no secret to it. Recruits must eat sensibly and exercise, that's it. Some revelation, huh. They don't have the chance to eat snacks and drink sodas all day. They eat three balanced meals per day, it's not even diet food. Then they exercise a few hours per day. And they take part in drills that expend energy. Now that is pretty simple.

What sets them apart is they have a Drill Instructor that will not let them take it easy. For the rest of us, we must depend on our will power. It's probably no surprise that the Drill instructor has more will power with his recruits than most of us have with ourselves. The key for us is to find the right support group to help motivate us to achieve our goals.

With the right support group we can all reach our goals and maintain our new body over the long term.
